By purchasing from us you and any entity you are authorized to represent (“you”) agree to be bound by these terms agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the box.

These terms regulate the business relationship between you and Programs and services offered by Colleen Arneil Inc. Please also review our privacy policy.


PAYMENT

All services and Programs are billed in USD.
Payment shall be made using Stripe or PayPal which process through our secure checkout page.


REFUND POLICY – DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PROGRAMS

Due to the nature of digital materials, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, transfers, exchanges, or credits for any digital products, Programs, memberships, or downloadable content for any reason.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that once access to the materials has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable. Whether or not you access, download, open, watch, begin, or complete the materials does not affect this policy and does not qualify for a refund.

Changing your mind, purchasing in error, lack of results, misunderstanding the product description, or failure to use the product does not entitle you to a refund.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to restore access.

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to immediately revoke access to all purchased materials and restrict future purchases. You remain responsible for any fees, costs, or collection expenses incurred.
